Free 2 Be Me Wish List
Free 2 Be Me Dance is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization and relies upon the generosity of individual volunteers and businesses in the community who are dedicated to insuring the success of our program. A dear friend suggested that I come up with a “wish list” to let interested “angels” know what we need.
We realize that donations of $$may be difficult for some, but you want to help out somehow. Maybe you own a local business or can ask a local business for a donation. Here are some large and some small things that would help out Free 2 Be Me Dance:
Gift cards of any denomination: Target, Staples, Trader Joes, i-Tunes, CVS, gas cards
Gift certificates to: local LA restaurants, beauty supply stores, local dry cleaners (to clean costumes), and printing companies
Miscellaneous items: i-Pad, high definition video camera, ballet slippers, gently worn or new ballet costumes (all sizes), painter’s tape, large plastic storage bins, storage unit rental
It is my goal to make sure that every child with Down syndrome has the opportunity to discover the joy of dance and movement through ballet--regardless of where they live or their ability to pay tuition. Your donation will ensure these children continue to thrive!
